Sometimes the first step toward healing is realizing that you’re not the only one struggling to find your way forward. Group coaching creates a safe and supportive space to explore your story, learn from others, and discover new possibilities for growth.
Together, we’ll identify the thoughts, patterns, and habits that can keep you feeling overwhelmed or stuck, while learning practical tools to build resilience, create healthy boundaries, and move forward with greater confidence.
Through a trauma-informed, Christ-centered approach, you’ll be equipped to understand your story, strengthen your resilience, and take meaningful steps toward hope, healing, and spiritual transformation.
Here's what's included:
Ten, 2-hour live group coaching sessions (virtual or in-person), including group discussion and Q + A.

HI, I’M SYBIL
I'll walk with you as you begin.
I know firsthand that life can bring seasons of chaos, suffering, and unexpected change. None of us gets through life without experiencing hard things—but I believe those hard places don’t have to be the end of our story.
There is always an opportunity to begin again. To heal. To grow. To discover hope in places where you may have thought hope was lost.
Your story isn’t over. There is more to come.
